Seth Rogen and his wife, actress Lauren Miller, continued their ongoing campaign to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s research October 17 by holding a “Hilarity for Charity” 1980’s prom. Sarah was among the many celebrities who attended. One article described “Sarah Silverman (in a school girl outfit) talking about …divine ejaculation.” Happy to have her attend, Rogen said, “I once smoked a joint with (Sarah) when I was 18 and bragged about it for the next 6 months.”
The article went on to say, unlike a typical ’80s prom, “this prom was 21+ only and had an open bar.” Tickets to the sold-out event, held at the Hollywood Palladium, cost “from $1,000 down to $150 ‘get-in’ seats.”
Lauren Miller’s mother has early-onset Alzheimer’s. Two years ago, Rogen and Miller started a foundation to work for this cause. $900,000 was reportedly raised at Friday night’s event.
