Sarah won an Emmy tonight at the 2008 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for her song “I’m F–cking Matt Damon.” In part of her acceptance speech she said:
“Let’s be honest, Matt Damon had very little to do with this being popular. Thanks to the person for whom this whole video was made: Jimmy Kimmel, who broke my heart – ohh, who’ll always have a place in my heart.”

I actually just teared up when I read Sarah’s acceptance. They were really in love. I think Jimmy probably already realizes how big of a mistake he made.

For those that hadn’t heard: apparently Jimmy cheated on Sarah with one of the female writers on his show.
I love Jimmy and he and Sarah seemed like a great couple but he seems to have screwed up just like many other guys do-not realizing or appreciating what they have. If he and Sarah were having problems that no one knew about it’s understandable but not acceptable.
I anticipate her return to Jimmy Kimmel Live much like I do Leno’s return to The Late Show once Jay leaves NBC. Dave has said in Rolling Stone that he thinks it would be a great idea to have Jay on his show once he’s out of work. I agree. They used to be friends and Dave launched Jay’s career on Late Night. It would be time to come full circle and mend old wounds.
Who cares about that Kimmel guy(gay)!Sarah is,#1 and is much more funny not to mention charming.
